Zusammenfassung

Boost inc is seeking an IT Operations Specialist to be the central contact for our Digital Workplace ecosystem. You will resolve day-to-day software and hardware issues, onboard users, and lead hands-on rollouts across our devices and tools.

You will educate teams on VMS, MDM, CRM and security, while maintaining inventory, licenses, and vendor relations, with travel to Zurich 1–2 times per month. Fluent English is required; Italian/German a plus.

Qualifikationen

• 3-5 years hands-on IT support experience in a service desk, end-user training, or systems administration.
• Experience supporting modern workplace tools (VMS, MDM, CRM, SaaS, security).
• Ability to translate tech jargon to non-technical colleagues and train teams.
• Experience with software subscriptions, device inventories, and vendor contacts.
• Fluent English; Italian and/or German a plus; based near Ticino hub with occasional travel to Zurich.

Aufgaben

• Be the primary contact for day-to-day software and hardware issues, resolving user problems quickly.
• Guide new hires through IT setup and run hands-on enablement for internal tools (VMS, MDM, GWS, Slack, Gemini).
• Lead deployments for VMS integrations, Cybersecurity protocols, MDM setups, and new tool rollouts across devices.
• Manage hardware inventory, laptop provisioning, and device configurations for smooth onboarding.
• Keep active tools organized, monitor licenses, and coordinate with IT suppliers and vendors.
• Follow IT guidelines and create simple guides for an expanding international team across 6 countries.
