BCIC Swiss GmbH GmbH, Best Connect International Company, is seeking an IT Operations Manager for a full-time on-site role in Switzerland. You will oversee multi-site IT operations, manage network infrastructure, and provide VIP technical support to senior management while coordinating with vendors for contracts and budgets.

The role includes supporting live events with AV and streaming capabilities and driving IT strategy and governance.

Qualifikationen

• Experience with ITIL/ITSM frameworks and service management processes.
• Experience managing multi-site IT operations across locations and teams.
• Strong vendor management, budgeting, and stakeholder communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Oversee multi-site IT operations across 12 countries and 20 locations.
• Administer network infrastructure, security standards, and on-premises systems.
• Provide VIP technical support to senior management.
• Support live events with real-time AV and streaming troubleshooting.
• Manage enterprise vendors and contracts (Swisscom, Lenovo, Canon, etc.).
• Lead IT projects and ensure ServiceNow ITSM processes and SLAs.
• Implement patch management and security best practices.
• Monitor system performance, incidents, and ensure business continuity.
• Contribute to IT strategy, governance, and digital transformation.
• Manage IT budget and cost optimization.
• Travel internationally to support sites and events.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multi-site IT operations across 12 countries and 20 locations
• Administer network infrastructure, security standards, and on-premises systems
• Provide VIP technical support to senior management
• Support live events with real-time AV and streaming troubleshooting
• Manage enterprise vendors and contracts (Swisscom, Lenovo, Canon, etc.)
• Lead IT projects and ensure ServiceNow ITSM processes and SLAs
• Implement patch management, vulnerability remediation, and security best practices
• Monitor system performance, incidents, and ensure business continuity
• Contribute to IT strategy, governance, and digital transformation
• Manage IT budget and cost optimization
• Travel internationally to support sites and events

Requirements

• Fluency in French & English (MIn B2)
• 6+ years in multi-site IT operations with hands-on experience in Azure, Intune, SCCM & ServiceNow
