Job summary

Lombard Odier Group is seeking an International IT Services Specialist to provide IT onsite and remote support for users across offices. You will install, maintain and repair hardware/software, manage MDM for iOS/Android, support Citrix environments, and collaborate with Infrastructure teams on network and CMDB tasks.

The role involves budget and vendor management, office moves, and documentation. Fluency in French and English is required with travel ~20% across the EMEA region.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science or related field with 7+ years IT support experience.
• Strong Windows 11 installation, maintenance and troubleshooting skills.
• Proficiency with Office 365 and Teams; mobile device management (iOS/Android).

Responsibilities

• Provide IT on-site and remote support to Lombard Odier users.
• Install, maintain, and repair hardware and software components.
• Manage Mobile Device Management for iOS and Android.
• Support Citrix environments (XenApp, XenDesktop).
• Maintain CMDB (NetBox) and network infrastructure.
• Assist in budget preparation and vendor management.
• Oversee office moves and contractor installations.
