The successful candidate will shape demand, guide CRM-enabled initiatives, and drive measurable value through strategic stakeholder engagement and practical technology delivery.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in IT business partnering, business analysis, or technology consulting.
• Experience with senior business stakeholders and leaders.
• Strong business analysis and demand management capabilities.
• Understanding of commercial processes and supporting technologies.
• Working knowledge of CRM platforms in commercial contexts.
• Experience identifying opportunities for process improvement and technology adoption.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working across international and cross-functional teams.
• Interest in Generative AI and related use case development.
