LIOM Health AG is seeking an experienced IT operations and program leader to coordinate IT topics, manage external partners, and drive AI adoption that supports LIOM’s growth. The role emphasizes end-to-end project oversight, stakeholder management, and practical governance within a fast-paced startup environment.

The candidate will guide teams, ensure delivery, and coach colleagues on responsible IT practices while strengthening data governance and security hygiene across the organization.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5 years of IT experience with coordination, operations, or project leadership.
• Comfortable with modern IT environments and communicating with external providers.
• Strong project management, planning, and multi-stakeholder coordination.

Aufgaben

• Act as the internal IT contact for the company, triaging questions and coordinating requests until resolved.
• Manage relationships with IT partners, translating business needs into clear requests and monitoring delivery.
• Lead IT projects end-to-end: scoping, planning, coordinating stakeholders, tracking progress.
• Select AI tools and drive adoption across the company.
• Coach employees on IT tools and best practices.
