Zusammenfassung

LIOM Health AG is expanding its internal IT organization to drive IT operations, projects, and AI adoption across the company. The role focuses on coordinating expertise, keeping projects on track, and ensuring IT and AI serve LIOM's future development.

You will work closely with the COO, manage IT partners, and coach employees on modern IT practices in a fast-paced startup environment.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in IT, with coordination/leadership exposure.
• Solid understanding of a modern IT environment (MS 365, device mgmt, infra concepts).
• Strong project management with multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent communication in a multicultural scale-up setting.

Aufgaben

• Act as the internal point of contact for IT topics across the company.
• Manage relationships with IT partners and translate business needs into clear requests.
• Lead IT-related projects end-to-end: scoping, planning, coordinating stakeholders, tracking progress.
• Select and drive adoption of AI tools and technologies for LIOM's needs.
• Coach and train employees on IT tools and good practices.
