You’ll own the product roadmap, translate domain insights into actionable specs, and collaborate daily with engineers to ship reliable features.

German fluency is a plus for engaging Swiss B2B clients. Join a fast-moving, spin-off team from BLP Digital, aiming to outpace traditional processes

Qualifikationen

• Understand what AI agents can and can't reliably do today.
• Write specs precise enough that an engineer builds from them without guessing edge cases.
• Have strong product fundamentals: prioritization and turning ambiguity into a plan.
• Learn fast in a regulated domain you likely don't know yet.
• Take ownership, including parts of the job nobody defined yet.
• Care about outcomes more than titles.
• Are comfortable working shoulder to shoulder with engineers daily.
• Bonus: German fluency and comfort with Swiss B2B customers.

Aufgaben

• Own the product roadmap for our compliance AI automation workflows.
• Join customer conversations during discovery and demos to understand problems firsthand.
• Work daily with engineering to scope work, sequence releases, and catch edge cases early.
• Translate domain knowledge into specs that Lauriane (CTO) can execute against.
