The role
As an IT Infrastructure Project Manager, you will be responsible for structuring, coordinating and delivering infrastructure transformation projects in complex and often international environments.
You will work closely with infrastructure, architecture, security, workplace, network and business teams, as well as external technology partners.
Your responsibilities may include:
- Taking ownership of IT infrastructure projects from initiation and scoping through to delivery and transition.
- Defining project objectives, scope, deliverables, milestones and detailed planning.
- Coordinating internal IT teams, technical experts, business stakeholders and external suppliers.
- Managing dependencies, risks, issues and change requests throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitoring project budgets, resources, timelines and delivery quality.
- Preparing and leading project governance meetings and steering committees.
- Ensuring clear reporting to senior management and project sponsors.
- Coordinating technical activities while maintaining a strong focus on business objectives and service continuity.
- Supporting migration, deployment, testing and transition-to-operations activities.
- Ensuring project documentation, governance and reporting standards are maintained.

- Infrastructure modernisation: managing the transformation of a legacy infrastructure environment involving servers, networks, storage and security.
- Cloud transformation: coordinating the migration of infrastructure and applications towards cloud or hybrid-cloud environments.
- Network transformation: coordinating network redesign, connectivity or site migration programmes in complex multi-site environments.
- Workplace transformation: managing large-scale deployments involving workplace infrastructure, collaboration tools, endpoint management or security solutions.
- Infrastructure security: coordinating projects aimed at strengthening infrastructure resilience, security and compliance.
- Datacenter migration
Your profile
- Confirmed expertise: you have at least 5 years of experience managing IT infrastructure projects in complex environments.
- End-to-end project management: you have successfully led projects from initiation and planning through delivery and transition.
- Infrastructure understanding: you have a solid understanding of infrastructure environments such as networks, servers, cloud, workplace, data centres and/or security.
- Leadership & coordination: you know how to bring together multidisciplinary teams and create alignment between technical and business stakeholders.
- Strong delivery mindset: you are comfortable managing deadlines, dependencies, risks and issues in demanding environments.
- Governance: you are experienced in project reporting, steering committees, budget management and stakeholder communication.
- Methodologies: strong knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, ITIL and/or Hermes is an asset. PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a plus.
- Education: you hold a Master's degree or equivalent higher education qualification.
- Languages: excellent French and professional English are required.
- Consulting mindset: you are able to quickly understand a new environment, build trust with stakeholders and bring structure to complex situations.
