Zusammenfassung

d²X Switzerland is seeking an IT Infrastructure Project Manager to lead complex infrastructure transformation programs in multi-site, international settings. You will own projects from initiation to transition, coordinating IT, business and external partners to deliver on time and budget.

The role requires strong delivery mindset, governance experience, and fluency in French and English, with a Master’s degree and a track record in infrastructure across networks, servers, cloud and security.

Qualifikationen

• At least 5 years of IT infrastructure project management experience.
• End-to-end delivery from initiation to transition.
• Solid understanding of networks, servers, cloud, workplace, data centres and/or security.
• Strong leadership and coordination across multidisciplinary teams.
• Ability to manage deadlines, dependencies, risks and issues.
• Experience in governance, reporting, steering committees and budget management.
• Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, ITIL and/or Hermes; PMP or PRINCE2 is a plus.
• Master's degree or equivalent higher education qualification.
• Languages: French and English proficiency.

Aufgaben

• Take ownership of IT infrastructure projects from initiation and scoping through to delivery and transition.
• Define project objectives, scope, deliverables, milestones and detailed planning.
• Coordinate internal IT teams, technical experts, business stakeholders and external suppliers.
• Managing dependencies, risks, issues and change requests throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitoring project budgets, resources, timelines and delivery quality.
• Preparing and leading project governance meetings and steering committees.
• Ensuring clear reporting to senior management and project sponsors.
• Coordinating technical activities while maintaining a strong focus on business objectives and service continuity.
• Supporting migration, deployment, testing and transition-to-operations activities.
• Ensuring project documentation, governance and reporting standards are maintained.
