Our client is an established organisation undergoing significant growth and digital transformation. As part of its continued development, we are looking for an IT Project Manager to lead complex IT projects, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and contribute to strategic transformation initiatives.

The role covers the full project lifecycle, from initiation and planning through implementation, go-live and user adoption. You will work closely with technical, business and international stakeholders, as well as external service providers and delivery partners.

Your Profile

• Proven experience in IT project management, ideally within complex and international environments
• Excellent project planning, organisation and execution skills
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Strong risk awareness and ability to make informed decisions
• Structured, solution-oriented and results-driven approach
• Good technical understanding of infrastructure, applications and digital environments
• Experience working with external service providers and delivery partners
• Fluent in English, with German or French required
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Information Systems or a related field
• Project management certification is an advantage
• Experience in a regulated or complex environment is an advantage
