Zusammenfassung

Rocken in Zurich is seeking an IT Infrastructure Engineer (m/f/d) to install, configure and support Windows and web applications for alarm servers. You will plan and coordinate projects from implementation to commissioning and handle external installations, acceptance and training.

You will manage the internal network and IT infrastructure, and create documentation and diagrams. The role requires hands-on problem solving, familiarity with PBX/VoIP and cloud services, and a strong service mindset.

Qualifikationen

• Knowledge of telephone systems (PBX), VoIP and basic network analysis with Wireshark.
• Experience with Active Directory, firewalls, VMware ESXi and cloud computing
• Knowledge in the area of ESPA/GETS systems and various call systems
• Good knowledge of SQL as well as understanding of technical system integrations
• Independent, solution-oriented working style and strong customer and service orientation
