Responsibilities

• Support and administration of IT infrastructures for SME clients in remote and on-site deployment
• Handling technical faults and enquiries in 1st and 2nd level support
• Participation in planning and implementing demanding IT projects
• Ensuring stable operational IT operations and taking on project responsibility
• Evaluation and use of modern Microsoft cloud technologies to further develop client environments

Qualifications

• Completed EFZ IT training as a platform developer, ICT specialist, or equivalent qualification
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, and Autopilot as well as interest in modern cloud technologies
• Good knowledge of Microsoft client/server infrastructures, networks, and backup solutions
• Initial experience in external IT support and client environment management
• Independent, goal-oriented, and precise working style with a strong service and quality awareness as well as very good German and English skills
