IT Service Solutions & Business Development Manager (m/f/d)

Role

We are looking for an experienced IT professional who combines operational responsibility with leadership, customer care, and entrepreneurial thinking. The focus is on the further development of the location, leading the IT team, and the professional support and development of SME customers.

Responsibilities

• Operational and personnel responsibility for the Aesch location Leadership, development, and organisation of the local IT team Ensuring efficient processes as well as high service and customer quality
• Support of existing customers and building long-term customer relationships Identification of customer potentials and development of suitable IT solutions together with technical specialists Accompanying customer projects from needs analysis and consulting through conception to implementation Planning and coordination of personnel and technical resources Ensuring professional project and service execution Collaboration with other locations and internal specialists Further development of processes, standards, and internal working methods Support in developing the customer portfolio and representing the location to customers and partners Depending on technical background, active participation in consulting and conception of demanding customer projects

Qualifications

• Completed training in computer science, ideally supplemented by further education at HF, FH level or a comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience at an IT service provider, managed service provider, or in a comparable IT environment
• Leadership experience or willingness to take on comprehensive leadership and location responsibility
• Broad understanding of modern IT infrastructures with knowledge of Microsoft 365, cloud services, server and client infrastructures, virtualisation, network, backup, and IT security
• Understanding of the requirements of SME customers and ability to translate technical needs into economically sensible solutions
• Strong customer and service orientation as well as experience in consulting and customer development
• Entrepreneurial thinking, initiative, and decisiveness
• Strong communication skills, reliability, and leadership competence
• Very good German skills as well as confident and professional appearance
