Qualifikationen

• Experience in Switzerland within Luxury sectors (Watchmaking, Fashion, Cosmetics, Retail or Consumer Goods).
• Background as Account Manager, Business Manager, Project Manager, or Project Coordinator in consulting, IT services, or a Luxury Maison.
• Fluent in French and English; strong interpersonal and communication skills.

As an IT Business Manager – Luxury Industry at Ivy Partners, you will:

• Client Relationship & Business Development

Build trusted partnerships with prestigious Luxury Maisons and key players across the industry. Understand their business ambitions, digital transformation roadmaps, and operational challenges to deliver high-value consulting and technology solutions. Develop your portfolio by identifying new opportunities and creating long-term relationships within the Luxury ecosystem.

• Strategic Delivery & Account Management

Lead the successful delivery of consulting engagements by ensuring outstanding client satisfaction and operational excellence. Collaborate closely with consultants, delivery teams, and key stakeholders while anticipating future initiatives across areas such as Digital, Data, CRM, Omnichannel, Manufacturing, Supply Chain or Client Experience.

Partner with our recruitment teams to identify, attract, and onboard the best technology experts. Support your consultants throughout their missions, helping them grow professionally while ensuring the right expertise is matched with every client challenge.

• Business Performance & Growth

Take ownership of your business unit by managing its financial performance and profitability. Negotiate consulting agreements, oversee commercial activities, and contribute to Ivy Partners' growth by combining entrepreneurial mindset with operational excellence.

About you

• Experience in Switzerland is a must, ideally within the Luxury, Watchmaking, Fashion, Cosmetics, Retail or Consumer Goods sectors.
• Background as an Account Manager, Business Manager, Project Manager or Project Coordinator within consulting, IT services, or a Luxury Maison.
• Strong understanding of the Luxury ecosystem and its digital transformation challenges, including Client Experience, Omnichannel, CRM, Data, Manufacturing or Supply Chain.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and executive leadership.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a proven ability to develop business opportunities and drive long-term client partnerships.
• Passion for excellence, innovation and delivering high-value solutions in demanding environments.
• Fluent in French and English.
