• Experience in Treasury and Nostro business is preferred.
• Solid knowledge of ITIL frameworks and enterprise IT infrastructure.

Aufgaben

• Oversee end-to-end operation of an IT service in line with predefined SLAs.
• Application management (Maintenance and Support, Incident-, Problem-, Release/Test-, Risk-Mgmt, Documentation).
• Business Analysis, Solution Design and implementation/deployment of Changes/Enhancements with the software vendor.
• Implementation and Testing of Product Releases.
• Project assignments (Data migrations, impact analysis).
• Team head deputy role for a larger Zürich-based team.
