d²X Expertise in Geneva is seeking an IT Application Project Manager to lead projects involving the implementation, evolution, migration or transformation of business applications. You will coordinate between business stakeholders, IT teams, application owners, architects, developers and external partners.

You will manage projects from scoping to go-live, define scope and milestones, coordinate stakeholders, work with analysts and product owners, handle migrations and upgrades, oversee testing

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree or equivalent higher education required.
• 5–10 years of IT application project management experience in complex environments.
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, Hermes or PRINCE2 is an asset.
• Strong end-to-end delivery and stakeholder management capabilities.

Aufgaben

• Managing IT application projects from scoping to go-live.
• Define scope, objectives, milestones and roadmap.
• Coordinate business, functional and technical stakeholders.
• Clarify requirements with Business Analysts and Product Owners.
• Manage implementation, migration, upgrade and integration initiatives.
• Coordinate development, configuration, testing and deployment.
• Plan and oversee UAT and business acceptance.
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies, budget and resources.
• Lead meetings and steering committees with sponsors and management.
• Coordinate external vendors and ensure delivery commitments.
• Support change management and user adoption.
• Ensure a smooth handover to operational teams after go-live.
