Sword Group is seeking a Technical Project Manager in Geneva to coordinate a portfolio of enterprise applications for a major international organisation. You will work with technical experts, senior stakeholders, and customer representatives to ensure efficient IT service delivery and drive improvements in a multicultural environment.

Responsibilities include cross-team coordination, release planning, incident management, and governance.

Qualifikationen

• 5–8 years of experience in IT Project Management, Application Management or Service Delivery.
• Proven experience coordinating cross-functional technical teams and enterprise applications.
• Good understanding of IT service management principles; ITIL Foundation certification is an advantage.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate project activities across multiple technical teams, ensuring alignment on priorities and deliverables.
• Support planning and execution of production releases while monitoring risks and dependencies.
• Assist in operational management of business-critical applications, resolving incidents and service requests efficiently.
• Monitor service performance against SLAs and KPIs, contributing to service quality improvements.
• Build strong relationships with customer representatives and ensure clear communication.
