Job Description

We are looking for an International Rewards & Benefits Manager who will partner with different stakeholders across regions to support the evolution of people-related practices that enable business growth, organisational performance, and talent retention. This is a newly created role.

The successful candidate will combine strong analytical capability with commercial awareness, stakeholder management skills, and a genuine interest in contributing to the development of a modern and high-performing global organisation.

People Reward Advisory
  • Contribute to the development and enhancement of reward and recognition frameworks that support business objectives and workforce engagement.
  • Provide market insights and benchmarking analyses to support talent attraction, retention, and organisational competitiveness.
  • Partner with People leaders and business stakeholders on workforce-related decision making.
  • Support the evaluation of workforce investments through data-driven recommendations and business analysis.
  • Contribute to the ongoing evolution of the employee value proposition across international markets.
  • Deliver insights and recommendations on workforce trends, organisational effectiveness, and talent sustainability.
Workforce Planning
  • Support workforce planning initiatives across multiple regions and business functions.
  • Develop and maintain reporting tools, dashboards, and workforce metrics to support leadership decision making.
  • Analyse workforce trends, organisational data, employee movements, and retention indicators.
  • Identify opportunities to improve workforce effectiveness and organisational performance.
  • Provide meaningful people insights to support business planning and growth initiatives.
Global Talent Initiatives
  • Support programmes facilitating the deployment and development of talent across international markets.
  • Collaborate with regional stakeholders to ensure a consistent employee experience across the organisation.
  • Participate in the development and enhancement of global people policies and frameworks.
  • Contribute to initiatives designed to support employee engagement, talent development, and workforce sustainability.
  • Coordinate with internal and external partners to support international people projects where required.
Organisational Development & Transformation
  • Lead or contribute to strategic projects supporting organisational growth and transformation.
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to improve processes, governance, and operational effectiveness.
  • Support the implementation of scalable people solutions across an international environment.
  • Promote continuous improvement through data, innovation, and best practice sharing.
  • Contribute to initiatives enhancing organisational agility and long-term workforce capability.
The Successful Applicant
Experience
  • Proven experience within Compensation & Benefits, Total Rewards, People Analytics, Talent, Mobilithy or related disciplines.
  • Experience operating within complex, international, and multi-jurisdictional environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to partner with senior stakeholders on business and workforce-related topics.
  • Exposure to global organisations experiencing growth, transformation, or international expansion.
  • Experience supporting or delivering cross-functional projects involving multiple regions and stakeholders.
