Zusammenfassung

Michael Page is seeking an experienced HRIS professional to own and drive our HR technology platform in a multinational environment. You will provide advanced functional support to HR teams, manage incidents, and coordinate system releases and updates.

Responsibilities include optimizing HRIS configurations, analyzing dashboards, training key users, and contributing to the HRIS roadmap. A degree in Information Systems and 5+ years in HRIS are required, with preference for multinational

Qualifikationen

  • Degree in Information Systems or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in HRIS/HR technology environments.
  • Experience in multinational or international organizations is desirable.

  • Provide advanced functional support to HR teams and key users.
  • Manage incidents, troubleshoot issues and coordinate resolution with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Monitor system availability, reliability and performance; maintain up-to-date documentation.
  • Lead releases, perform regression testing, and coordinate updates across HR/IT and vendors.
  • Gather enhancement requests and configure the HRIS to meet evolving business needs.
  • Drive process improvements and build a functional HRIS roadmap.
  • Collaborate on system integrations and deliver functional specifications.

Job Description
HRIS Operations & Support
  • Provide advanced functional support to HR teams and key users.
  • Manage incidents, troubleshoot issues and coordinate resolution with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Monitor system availability, reliability and performance.
  • Maintain up-to-date functional documentation and operating procedures.
  • Train and support key users while contributing to the development of HR teams' system knowledge.
Release Management & System Updates
  • Lead the assessment, testing and deployment of system releases and enhancements.
  • Analyze release documentation and evaluate potential business impacts.
  • Define and execute regression testing plans.
  • Coordinate updates across HR, IT and external service providers.
  • Communicate system changes and new functionalities to end users.
Continuous Improvement & System Evolution
  • Gather and prioritize enhancement requests from HR stakeholders.
  • Configure and optimize the HRIS solution to support evolving business needs.
  • Monitor market developments and identify opportunities to leverage new functionalities.
  • Build and maintain the HRIS functional roadmap.
  • Drive process improvement initiatives aimed at increasing operational efficiency and user experience.
Project Delivery
  • Contribute to the implementation of new HR technology initiatives and system enhancements.
  • Act as the functional lead for integrations with surrounding HR and business systems.
  • Produce functional specifications and validate technical deliverables.
  • Participate in steering committees, workshops and governance meetings.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
The Successful Applicant
Technical Skills
  • Strong experience managing and supporting enterprise HRIS platforms.
  • Proven track record in HRIS project delivery and transformation programs.
  • Experience with system configuration, testing and release management.
  • Sound understanding of core HR processes, including employee data management, talent, learning, compensation and workforce administration.
  • Experience coordinating external vendors and support partners.
  • Ability to write functional requirements and business specifications.
  • Familiarity with ticketing and service management tools.
  • Strong reporting, analytics and dashboarding capabilities.

Languages
  • Fluent French.
  • Professional English proficiency, both written and spoken.
Experience & Education
  • Degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, Business Technology or a related field.
  • Minimum five years of experience in HRIS, HR technology or related digital HR environments.
  • Experience gained within a multinational or international organization is highly desirable.
