• Experience in international, multi‑jurisdictional environments.
• Ability to partner with senior stakeholders on business and workforce topics.
• Experience supporting cross‑functional programs across regions.

• Develop and enhance reward and recognition frameworks aligned with business objectives.
• Provide market insights and benchmarking analyses for talent attraction and retention.

• Lead or contribute to strategic workforce transformation projects.
