Job summary

Michael Page (Switzerland) is recruiting for an HR Business Partner in the Lausanne area for a 4-6 month temporary role. The successful candidate will provide day-to-day HR support to employees and managers, manage the full lifecycle, including onboarding, performance, and offboarding, and guide managers on people topics in a fast-paced, international environment.

Fluency in French and English is required; immediate availability for an interim assignment is expected.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner in a multinational environment.
• Strong knowledge of employee lifecycle processes and HR administration.
• Ability to advise managers on people management topics and priorities.
• Capacity to navigate a fast-paced, international setting with competing demands.
• Fluent in French and English with excellent communication skills.

• Immediately available for an interim role
