Job summary

• More than 12 years of relevant professional experience in senior People Experience, HR leadership, or business partnering roles.
• Proven success advising executive leadership and translating business priorities into people strategies.
• Deep knowledge of Spanish labor law and experience with complex employee relations.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional People Experience strategy for Spain and Portugal.
• Advise executive teams on organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, and culture.
• Oversee talent development, onboarding, succession planning, and leadership development.
• Drive Diversity, Equity and Inclusion initiatives and promote wellbeing and inclusive culture.
