Qualificações

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in project management, business development or commercial excellence, ideally within an international retail or luxury environment.
• Ability to lead complex cross-functional programs and manage multiple priorities with measurable impact.
• Strong analytical and financial modelling skills; translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Experience in financial modeling, business case development, and performance tracking.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across functions and levels.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of French is an asset; proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsabilidades

• Identify revenue growth opportunities across key commercial levers, translating insights into actionable initiatives.
• Lead cross-functional projects with Americas markets and key functions, ensuring effective execution and measurable results.
• Build and manage a strong pipeline of growth initiatives, tracking progress against defined KPIs and financial targets.
• Partner with Americas markets to monitor commercial performance, challenge existing approaches and drive improvement opportunities through data-driven insights.
• Drive regional performance reviews and ensure alignment between global strategy and local market execution.
• Optimize pricing through strategic project leadership, market analysis, and performance monitoring, collaborating with Regional Project Managers.
• Enhance operational excellence and customer experience across networks by driving retailization projects with Partners.
• Implement Market Business plans and initiatives, overseeing their development in collaboration with Regional Project Managers.
• Protect brand image and pricing integrity by developing and executing comprehensive strategies to address Grey Market challenges.
