Monolithic Power Systems, Inc. (MPS) in Schaffhausen, Switzerland, seeks a Sr. HR Partner to join the Regional EU HR Team. You will manage day-to-day HR operations, support the full employee lifecycle, and ensure local regulatory compliance for Switzerland and Germany.

You will partner with managers and employees, drive process improvements with the HR Operations team in Spain, and contribute to recruiting and onboarding efforts while maintaining an excellent employee experience.

Qualifikationen

• Solid experience in an HR environment.
• Strong knowledge of Swiss and German employment regulation.
• Excellent communication skills in English and German.
• Experience with HR Systems, Workday knowledge is highly desirable.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities.

Aufgaben

• Manage day-to-day HR Operations for Switzerland and Germany.
• Support the full employee life-cycle, including onboarding, benefits, absences and offboarding.
• Act as trusted contact for employees and managers on HR matters.
• Work closely with HR Operations team on processes improvements and Workday projects.
• Ensure compliance with local labor law, company policies and internal processes.
• Support end-to-end Recruiting activities for assigned locations.
