Qualifications

• 12+ years of senior People Experience or HR leadership experience.
• Ability to advise executive leadership and translate priorities into people strategies.
• Strong business acumen with interest in creative industries.
• Proven experience leading teams and delivering organizational impact.
• Deep knowledge of Spanish labor law and complex employee relations.
• Experience in international, matrixed organizations and change management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the regional People Experience strategy for Spain and Portugal and align with business objectives.
• Partner with senior leadership to provide guidance on organizational effectiveness and culture.
• Oversee talent and organizational development, including succession planning and leadership development.
• Champion diversity, equity and inclusion across the employee lifecycle.
• Manage regional compensation processes, benchmarking, and payroll coordination.
• Address employee relations, labor matters, and compliance in collaboration with legal teams.
• Drive organizational change, restructures, and transformation initiatives.
• Use workforce data to inform decisions and build business cases for initiatives.
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives across talent acquisition, people operations, and HR systems.
• Support wellbeing and data privacy in line with local laws.
• Develop the team and contribute to global PX programs.
