ABB, a global leader in energy tech, is seeking a senior sales professional for Power Generation Automation & Digitalization Sales in Switzerland. The role targets Hydropower and industrial sectors, reporting to regional leadership, and aims to expand ABB’s footprint while delivering value through integrated solutions.
You will build enduring customer relationships, drive profitable orders, and coordinate cross-functional teams across automation, excitation, protection, electrification, and
Competenze
- Experience in business development, technical sales or bids and proposals.
- Strong solution selling and cybersecurity and digital solutions knowledge.
- Understanding of project dynamics and Installed Base concepts.
- Fluency in German and English; French is an advantage; willing to travel up to 50%.
Mansioni
- Implements the sales strategy and drives the sales process in Hydropower and related industries in collaboration with regional and Europe leadership.
- Generates sales opportunities and secures profitable sales for ABB’s Energy Industries Division in Switzerland.
- Builds long-term customer relationships and responds quickly and professionally to customer needs and issues.
- Manages channel strategy, pricing, sales plans, and corrective actions as needed.
