Zusammenfassung

AFRY Switzerland seeks a Head of Client Relations and Sales for Hydropower in Zürich. You will lead client relations and drive sales strategy within a global hydro portfolio, coordinating with engineers, account managers, and experts to win opportunities and ensure project success.

The role requires an engineering background, strong commercial acumen, and fluency in English. Travel internationally is expected, with a focus on developing markets and long-term client relationships.

Qualifikationen

• Fluency in English; German or additional languages are strong assets.
• Experience selling professional services.

• Experience leading and coordinating multidisciplinary teams.

Aufgaben

• Analyze development of hydropower business in target markets.
• Develop sales strategies for selected clients and opportunities.
• Coordinate and prepare proposals; finalize contracts.
• Support project teams in after-sales activities and collaborate with regional sales teams.
• Develop and maintain sales materials and AI-based applications.
