Zusammenfassung

AFRY Switzerland invites a senior leader to drive client relations and sales for the hydropower business in Zurich. You will shape market development, build long-term client relationships, and work with an international HYDROPOWER team to deliver sustainable energy projects.

You will coordinate strategies, proposals, and contracts, while collaborating with regional teams across Europe, the Americas, and beyond. Fluency in English is required; other languages are a plus.

Qualifikationen

• University degree in Engineering (Civil, Environmental, Mechanical or Electrical)
• Solid understanding of the hydropower sector
• Experience in the sale of professional services
• Strong commercial mindset with excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Experience in leading and coordinating multidisciplinary teams and ability to motivate and guide them

Aufgaben

• Analyze the development of the hydropower business in target markets (Europe, Canada, Middle East, CIS, Africa)
• Develop sales strategies and approaches for selected clients and opportunities
• Coordinate and prepare proposals
• Finalize contracts and support project teams in after-sales activities
• Collaborate with regional sales teams for opportunities beyond AFRY Switzerland’s target markets
• Develop and maintain sales materials and AI-based applications
