Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or higher degree in engineering, science, or business.
• Proven project management experience in biotech/pharma/CMP environments.
• Experience delivering projects in complex settings; PMP/Prince2 preferred.
• Strong analytical and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Fluent in German and English; effective communicating with multi-level teams.

Aufgaben

• Identify issues across the organization and lead strategic analysis and design to implement improvements.
• Prioritize improvements with senior stakeholders on site based on customer needs.
• Lead decision making with site leadership and governance structures.
• Set up governance, reporting and delivery structure for projects.
• Drive delivery of improvements and change management with a team of SMEs.
• Ensure alignment with other local programs and synergies.
• Provide ongoing reporting and escalations as required.
• Collaborate with other project managers to share best practices.
• Model continuous improvement in daily work.
