Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Master’s degree preferred in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or Technology Management.
• 6-8 years of progressive experience in IT or digital technology roles supporting R&D, engineering, or product development.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end ownership of the PLM technology platform, ensuring stable, secure, and compliant operations across the product lifecycle.
• Define and execute the PLM platform strategy and roadmap in alignment with R&D, Quality, and enterprise IT objectives.
• Partner with R&D, Quality, Regulatory, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain stakeholders to translate business needs into effective PLM solutions.
• Lead platform enhancements, system integrations, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives to optimize performance and usability.
• Ensure PLM solutions meet global regulatory, quality, cybersecurity, and data governance requirements.
• Manage vendor relationships, service delivery, and budget for PLM technologies and related services.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing technology team, fostering collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Drive adoption of standardized processes, data integrity, and digital best practices across the R&D technology landscape.
