Job summary

Johnson & Johnson's DePuy Synthes is recruiting a Project Manager, Engineering. This Hybrid role will be located across multiple locations, including Palm Beach Gardens, FL, and Zuchwil, Switzerland, with alternate hybrid options in Belgium and Ireland.

The Project Manager will plan, coordinate, and execute engineering projects supporting manufacturing, product development, and continuous improvement, delivering on time and within scope.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
• 5–8 years of experience in engineering project management.
• Experience managing cross-functional projects in manufacturing, medical devices, or regulated environments.
• Strong project planning, scheduling, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of quality systems and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• PM methodologies like Agile or Waterfall preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering projects from initiation to completion with scope, schedule, and budget.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, and external partners.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans and status reports for leadership.
• Identify risks, implement mitigations, and escalate when needed.
• Ensure compliance with quality systems and regulatory requirements.
• Manage change control processes.
• Support continuous improvement and process optimization.
• Track performance metrics and capture lessons learned.
