This role provides leadership and accountability for the Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) technology platform supporting R&D at DePuy Synthes. The position plays a critical role in enabling compliant, efficient, and scalable product development by aligning PLM capabilities with business strategy, regulatory requirements, and digital transformation objectives.
Education Bachelor’s degree required in Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or Technology Management.
Other Language: English proficiency required.
Travel: Up to 10–20% international travel may be required.
Certifications: PLM, IT service management, or project management certifications preferred.
Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Orthopaedics business to establish a standalone orthopaedics company, operating as DePuy Synthes.
