Qualifications

8–12+ years of applied experience; equivalent experience or certifications may be considered.
Proven experience in digital transformation, sector platforms, or product ownership.
Strong understanding of R&D processes and regulated environments.
Ability to define vision, roadmaps, priorities, and governance models.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Ability to own and deliver defined platforms or capability areas.
May lead people or operate as a senior individual contributor.
Willingness and ability to travel up to 20% domestically (US) and internationally.

Responsibilities

Product ownership and lifecycle management of sector R&D digital platforms, including deployments, operations, adoption, and value realization.
Strategic planning, roadmap development, governance, and stakeholder alignment.
Innovation enablement through automation and data-driven digital capabilities; evaluate and sponsor emerging technologies.
