Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/Engineering/CS required; Master’s preferred.
• 6–8 years in IT/digital tech roles supporting R&D, engineering or product development.
• Strong PLM platform management experience including ownership, configuration, integrations and upgrades.
• Regulated product development knowledge including design controls, change management, and traceability.
• Proven leadership with people management, coaching, performance management, and building high‑performing teams.
• Experience managing vendors, budgets and SLAs for enterprise technology platforms.
• Familiarity with cloud‑based PLM architectures and data governance.

Aufgaben

• Own the PLM technology platform end‑to‑end across the product lifecycle.
• Define and execute the PLM platform strategy and roadmap in alignment with R&D, Quality and IT.
• Partner with R&D, Quality, Regulatory, Manufacturing and Supply Chain to translate business needs into PLM solutions.
• Lead platform enhancements, system integrations, upgrades and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure PLM solutions meet global regulatory, quality, cybersecurity and data governance requirements.
• Manage vendor relationships, service delivery and budget for PLM technologies and services.
• Lead, coach and develop a high‑performing technology team.
• Drive adoption of standardized processes and data integrity across the R&D technology landscape.
