Job summary

BridgeBio Inc. in Zug, Switzerland is seeking a strategic IT partner to lead the International IT agenda.

You will own the roadmaps for Commercial and Medical Affairs systems (Veeva CRM, Databricks) and govern SAP S/4HANA, Coupa, Malbek CLM, and Workday HRIS through external partners and US-based owners. You will collaborate with global teams to align technology with business goals, ensure regulatory compliance, and manage vendor performance while driving digital transformation across

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, engineering, or related field required.
• 8+ years in pharma/biotech IT with international scope.
• Proven ability to define tech strategy with senior leaders.
• Hands-on architecture and CRM/data analytics experience (Veeva, Databricks).
• Strong knowledge of GxP, SOX, and data integrity.

Responsibilities

• Serve as strategic IT partner to International leadership, aligning technology strategy with business priorities.
• Shape a multi-year technology roadmap for BridgeBio International with Veeva CRM and data/analytics platforms.
• Own end-to-end demand management and delivery of International IT initiatives.
• Own technical design for International Commercial and Medical Affairs apps.
• Oversee external partners and consultants delivering International IT initiatives.
• Build relationships with International leaders and stakeholders.
• Ensure regulatory compliance (SOX, GxP) and data integrity.
• Travel up to 10% internationally.
