Job summary

BridgeBio Pharma seeks an experienced Director, IT Business Solutions Partner for International to lead the technology roadmap for Commercial, Medical Affairs, and ERP systems across global markets. You will partner with US IT, manage external vendors, and drive digital transformation using data analytics, AI, and automation.

The role is based in Zug, Switzerland, with a hybrid work cadence. A strong background in regulated life sciences IT and program leadership is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, Engineering, Business or related field.
• 7+ years in pharma/biotech with 5+ years in senior IT/architecture roles.
• Experience defining tech strategy with business leaders and delivering measurable outcomes.
• Strong knowledge of regulated industries (GxP, SOX) and data integrity requirements.

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver a multi-year technology roadmap for BridgeBio International.
• Own International IT initiatives including Veeva CRM and Databricks.
• Oversee external vendors and consultants without a dedicated internal team.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and data integrity across platforms.
