BridgeBio Pharma seeks an Associate Director or Director to lead International Sales Force Effectiveness, CRM, and key account management, building the function from the ground up for launch readiness. You will report to the Senior Director Commercial Excellence, International and collaborate with country GMs, IT and Medical Affairs to drive strategic initiatives that support BridgeBio’s mission.

Based in our Zug, Switzerland office, this role requires 2–3 days on-site and up to 20% travel.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Pharma/Biotech with SFE, sales ops or commercial excellence.
• Experience launching products (specialty or rare disease preferred).
• Fluency in English; travel up to 20%.

Responsabilités

• Lead segmentation, targeting, sizing, and territory design for international expansion.
• Design, implement and administer sales incentive plans with Finance/HR/Legal.
• Lead the International CRM build and adoption (Veeva Vault).
• Design AI-enabled field execution insights and recommendations.
• Develop strategic account planning and build key account management capabilities.
• Advise country GMs on SFE, CRM and multichannel engagement.
