Job summary

BridgeBio Inc. is seeking a Senior Medical Affairs professional to drive medical excellence across international teams from our Zug office. You will lead scientific communications, training programs, and cross-functional collaboration with Medical Directors, Legal, Regulatory, and Clinical Development.

The role combines hands-on medical writing and program management with vendor oversight in a fast-paced environment, offering hybrid work and strong development opportunities.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in life sciences required; advanced degree preferred.
7+ years in Medical Affairs in biotech/pharma.
Strong scientific writing and editing skills.
Experience building scientific platforms and training programs.
Familiarity with grants/sponsorships and vendor management.

Responsibilities

Lead international medical excellence initiatives across Medical Affairs.
Develop scientific communication plans and key messages with cross-functional teams.
Ensure compliance through MLR reviews with Legal and Regulatory.
Create education content for congresses, advisory boards, and training.
Manage external vendors and scientific sponsorships.
Support governance and documentation for grants and contracts.
