Zusammenfassung

Avaloq, a Switzerland-based leader in wealth management technology, is seeking a Senior Financial Business Partner to join the Business Controlling Team. You will link business goals to financial analysis, support product development decisions, and provide decision-ready insights to senior stakeholders.

You will work both as an individual contributor and a team player, coordinating forecasts, budgeting, monthly closings, and contract reviews, while ensuring accurate reporting and sustained

Qualifikationen

• Controlling background with finance degree or equivalent.
• 7+ years in a similar Controlling role, preferably in financial services or IT.
• Strong SAP, Power BI and similar tooling experience.
• Excellent MS Office skills, especially Excel.
• Experience in software development projects is a plus.
• Strong analytical and communication abilities in a dynamic environment.
• Fluent English; German is advantageous.

Aufgaben

• Monitor, analyze and report monthly performance for the business area, initiatives and projects.
• Lead forecast cycles and coordinate gap analysis and closure plans.
• Chair performance reviews and business case discussions with stakeholders.
• Coordinate budgeting and target setting across hierarchy levels.
• Review and approve contracts within area of responsibility.
• Prepare materials for monthly book closings (accruals, project completion).
• Report to Head of Business Controlling in Finance.
