Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in CS/IT/Engineering/Banking/Finance.
• 3–5 years in technical business analysis, software development or application maintenance in financial services.
• Hands-on with Avaloq Core Banking Platform and knowledge of banking domains.
• Proficient with Oracle SQL/PLSQL for data analysis and root-cause investigation.
• Experience translating business requirements into functional/technical specs.
• Understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum and ITIL processes.
• Familiarity with APIs, interfaces, and system integrations.
• Knowledge of audit, security, risk, compliance and change governance in regulated banking.

Aufgaben

• Analyse business and technical requirements and translate to clear specs.
• Deepen understanding of Avaloq Core Banking Platform, Data Warehouse, APIs and interfaces.
• Perform impact analysis and root-cause investigations using Avaloq tools and SQL.
• Support design, implementation and enhancement of APIs and data flows.
• Collaborate with Engineers, Product Owners, Platform Engineering and Release Management across SDLC.
• Produce functional/technical documentation, test scenarios and support testing.
• Assist in production issue handling, releases and post-production validation.
• Drive continuous improvement to reduce recurring issues and improve integration.
