Zusammenfassung

Avaloq in Zurich is seeking a Strategy & Corporate Development Associate to help shape the company’s strategic direction through rigorous analysis and close collaboration with senior stakeholders. You will contribute to strategy development, transformation initiatives, and corporate development activities while gaining broad exposure across Avaloq’s fintech business and global client base.

The role requires strong analytical thinking and excellent communication in English, with German or Italian

Qualifikationen

• 2-5 years of experience in top-tier management consulting, corporate strategy, corporate development, private equity, or a comparable strategic role.
• Exposure to banking, fintech, B2B software, or technology-enabled business models.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including financial modelling and business case development.
• Ability to structure complex topics into clear insights and actionable recommendations.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Aufgaben

• Support the development of Avaloq’s corporate strategy and corporate development agenda, translating strategic priorities into actionable plans.
• Conduct analyses, financial models, business cases, and market assessments to support strategic and operational decision-making.
• Collaborate with sales, delivery, service operations, technology, finance, and other corporate functions to support strategic initiatives.
• Prepare high-quality materials for executive leadership and help structure management discussions.
