Qualifikationen

• 2–5 years of experience in top-tier management consulting or a comparable strategic role.
• Exposure to banking, fintech, B2B software, or technology-enabled business models.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including financial modelling and business case development.
• Ability to structure complex topics into clear insights and actionable recommendations.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• High ownership, curiosity, and a hands-on mindset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; German or Italian is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Support the development of Avaloq's corporate strategy and corporate development agenda, translating strategic priorities into actionable plans.
• Conduct analyses, financial models, business cases, and market assessments to support strategic and operational decision-making.
• Collaborate with sales, delivery, service operations, technology, finance, and other corporate functions to support strategic initiatives.
• Prepare high-quality materials for executive leadership and help structure management discussions.
