Qualifikationen

• 2-5 years of experience in top-tier management consulting, corporate strategy, corporate development, private equity, or a comparable strategic role
• Exposure to banking, fintech, B2B software, or technology-enabled business models
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including financial modelling and business case development
• Ability to structure complex topics into clear insights and actionable recommendations
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• High ownership, curiosity, and a hands-on mindset
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; German or Italian is a plus
