Avaloq Group in Zürich, Switzerland, is seeking an experienced strategy professional to shape long-term corporate strategy and drive key development initiatives. You will work directly with the executive leadership to define priorities, evaluate growth opportunities, and support major business decisions.

This is a highly visible role requiring strong analytical and modelling skills and the ability to influence senior stakeholders across functions and geographies.

Qualifikationen

• 5-8 years of experience in top-tier management consulting, corporate strategy, corporate development, or a comparable strategic role.
• Deep understanding of banking, fintech, B2B software, or technology-enabled business models.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including financial modelling and business case development.
• Proven ability to structure complex topics into clear recommendations and drive decision-making with senior stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with credibility to engage executives across functions and geographies.
• High ownership, resilience, commercial acumen and a results-oriented mindset.
• Excellent English; German or Italian is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Drive the development of Avaloq's corporate strategy and corporate development agenda, translating priorities into actionable initiatives.
• Independently lead analyses, business cases, and executive recommendations on growth and performance topics.
• Serve as a strategic partner to senior leaders across sales, delivery, technology, finance and other functions.
• Prepare Board and Executive Leadership materials and support strategic decision-making processes.
