Avaloq Group is hiring a Financial Business Partner in Controlling in Switzerland. You will join the Business Controlling Team to translate financial and business information into decision-ready insights for product development and profitability.

You will work both independently and with partners such as the Head of Business Controlling, Product Owners and Project Managers, contributing to accurate forecasts and robust budgeting in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifikationen

• Controlling background required, Bachelor Degree in Finance or equivalent.
• Experience with SAP and Power BI is highly desired.
• Strong analytical, communication and collaborative skills.

Aufgaben

• Monitor, analyse and report monthly performance of business area, initiatives and projects.
• Drive project forecasting, coordinate gap analysis and closure process.
• Host performance and business case reviews to support decisions.
• Coordinate budgeting and target setting across divisions hierarchy.
• Review and approve commercial contracts within area of responsibility.
• Prepare materials for monthly book closing (accruals, project completion).
• Report to Head of Business Controlling in Finance.
