Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Manager, Digital Transformation - MedTech R&D to own and evolve digital platforms across the R&D portfolio. The role combines product ownership, platform stewardship, and ecosystem leadership with the ability to influence strategy and delivery at multiple sites.

Based in the Zug region with a hybrid schedule (3 days onsite) and travel up to 20% domestically or internationally, you will drive value realization and sustainable platform health within a regulated

Qualifications

8–12+ years of applied experience in digital transformation.
Experience in digital transformation, sector platforms, or product ownership.
Strong understanding of R&D processes and regulated environments.
Ability to define vision, roadmaps, priorities, and governance models.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Ability to travel up to 20% domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

Own product lifecycle management of sector R&D digital platforms, including deployments and value realization.
Lead strategic planning, roadmap development, governance, and stakeholder alignment.
Drive innovation through automation and data‑driven digital capabilities; evaluate emerging technologies.
