Qualifications

Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, IT, or related field; MBA preferred.
8+ years of relevant experience across supply chain, digital, or analytics functions.
Experience leading digital products or enterprise capabilities in a complex matrixed environment.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement the roadmap for digital capabilities in the Value Chain Excellence organization.
Define product vision, manage backlogs, and drive adoption and value realization.
Establish governance, KPIs, and processes to monitor outcomes and sustain business impact.
Lead Digital Twin, simulation, and scenario modeling deployments for design and planning.
Collaborate with Planning, Manufacturing, Finance, and Data Science to meet critical business needs.
Promote Agile product management and cross-functional collaboration to maturity.
