Grifols, S.A. is seeking a Sales & Technical Application Specialist (STAS) in Düdingen, CH. This hybrid role blends account management, technical consulting, and customer support across French- and German-speaking territories in Switzerland.

You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Service, Training, and customers to implement products, deliver high-quality support, and drive business growth while ensuring GMP, ISO, and quality standards compliance.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or certification in Medical Technology, Life Sciences, or a related scientific discipline.
• 1–2 years of experience in diagnostics customer service, technical support, applications, or related field.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills with customer focus.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and computerized systems.
• Fluent in English, French and German.

Aufgaben

• Manage and develop customer accounts within assigned territories.
• Drive equipment sales and prepare forecasts, commercial offers, and contract renewals.
• Support implementation of new customer accounts and onboarding activities.
• Act as primary liaison between customers and internal departments.
• Conduct technical reviews and workflow analyses at customer sites.
