Qualificações

• 2-5 years of professional experience in information management or related fields.
• Strong understanding of information architecture, metadata, taxonomy design, and search optimisation.
• Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into improvements.
• Experience supporting repository redesigns, information migrations, content inventories, and data cleansing.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education/experience.

Responsabilidades

• Translate business requirements into practical information management solutions.
• Manage information lifecycle including creation, storage, retention, and disposal.
• Promote and maintain consistent information management practices across the organisation.
• Assist in implementing classification frameworks, taxonomies, metadata standards, and governance structures.
• Contribute to information architectures, file plans, and repository structures.
• Provide guidance on information handling and governance across functions.
• Support rollout of information management platforms and search capabilities.
• Prepare and maintain reports and dashboards on information management performance and compliance.
• Identify opportunities to improve information management processes.
