Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management or international cooperation.
• Strong experience designing, implementing, and monitoring projects.
• Excellent analytical, drafting, and organizational skills.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Support the development of projects, tools, templates, and working methods.
• Prepare briefing materials, talking points, and background analyses for senior stakeholders.
• Draft communication and event-related materials.
• Develop and refine project documentation, implementation plans, and monitoring tools.
• Conduct research and provide analytical inputs to support project development.
• Coordinate and support the delivery of meetings, workshops, and conferences.
• Assist with stakeholder follow-up and tracking of agreed actions.
• Prepare final reports and recommendations.
